Q: Do you pay with actual cash or a check?
A: If the amount is over $300, we pay with a local bank check that you can go and cash immediately. (It is much safer for you to carry a check than large sums of cash.)
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: The title, photo ID of the title holder, all keys/remotes and any payoff information.
Q: How do you assess the value of my vehicle?
A: We use dealer auction averages, Kelley Blue Book, and our extensive knowledge of the automotive industry. The appraisal is closer to the dealer trade value.
Q: Does the whole process really just take 30 minutes?
A: Yes. Sometimes we can buy your car in less time. Submit the vehicle online.
Q: Will you really pay more?
A. Yes. If you bring a written offer, most likely we will beat it.
Q: If my car is not running will you come to my place to look at it?
A: We assess this situation on a case by case basis. Call us and we will let you know if this is an option.
